Mila Kunis Lets Slip Her All-Time Favorite Show!
The "That 70’s Show" actress recently opened up about her deep-seated love for reality TV, particularly her infatuation with "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives." While chatting with Entertainment Tonight at the Toronto International Film Festival, Kunis couldn't help but gush over the series.
Kunis disclosed that she had an impromptu FaceTime session with some of the show's stars, Layla Taylor and Jessi Ngatikaura, all thanks to her husband, Ashton Kutcher. As Kunis recounted, Kutcher orchestrated the FaceTime call, catching her when she was "barely awake." "He was like, 'You'll be thrilled about this.' And then he just swings the phone around, and there are the ladies from the [show]," she recalled, vividly describing the moment she first laid eyes on the stars.
The "Luckiest Girl Alive" star described the conversation as "fantastic" and credited Kutcher with knowing her so well that he knew she'd be enthralled by the show. "He knows me inside out, and I was like, 'Hey, girls! What's going on?!' It was just amazing," she said. Kunis also lavished praise on the show, calling it "scandalously captivating" and a must-watch.
The interaction left an indelible mark on Layla and Jessi, who were over the moon to have met Kunis. Layla took to Instagram to comment on a post about the encounter, saying, "Nothing will ever top this moment, hahah." Jessi chimed in, adding, "This was the best moment of my life, hahah."
"The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" has garnered a substantial following, and its third season is set to premiere on Hulu and Disney+ on November 13, much to the delight of its devoted fans.
