The former star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" has broken her silence regarding her divorce from her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, who initiated legal proceedings to terminate their marriage in July. Addressing her social media followers, Denise confessed that she could no longer feign indifference on Instagram, acknowledging, "because something is undeniably amiss."

"Navigating a divorce is incredibly challenging," admitted Denise, 54, in a heartfelt video posted on the platform on August 21. "This isn't my inaugural divorce; it's my second, and I never envisioned myself going through this ordeal again. Hence, my mantra, 'Never say never,' rings true."

Although the actress, who is the mother to Sami Sheen, 21, Lola Sheen, 20, from her marriage to Charlie Sheen, and adopted daughter Eloise Richards, 14, opened up about her separation, she refrained from divulging specifics about the ongoing legal battle, including the temporary restraining order granted against Aaron, 52, following her allegations of physical abuse (which he has denied).

"Certain aspects of my divorce are painful to discuss," she continued, adding, "But one day, when the time is ripe, I will share my story."

Meanwhile, Denise extended her heartfelt gratitude to her fans for their unwavering support during this trying period. "I just want to express my profound thanks," she said, her voice tinged with emotion. "Reading your messages brings me to tears, as I'm going through a very challenging time, and your support is helping me navigate through it."

Aaron, whose 2018 wedding to Denise was featured on season nine of "RHOBH," cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split in his July 7 divorce filings, according to documents obtained by E! News. He also requested spousal support. Furthermore, in a separate document, the entrepreneur revealed that he had been without income since shuttering his business in 2024, while estimating Denise's monthly earnings to exceed $250,000, sourced from brand deals, public appearances, television work, and her OnlyFans page.
