Sami Sheen is laying it all bare when it comes to her appearance. The 21-year-old daughter of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen took to social media to share a striking before-and-after photo of herself, meticulously detailing the cosmetic procedures she's undergone in the seven-year span between the two snapshots.
"Seven-year difference," Sami captioned the side-by-side images on her Instagram Stories on October 7. "Thank god for hair extensions, lip fillers, a boob job, a nose job, veneers, and a kiss from FaceApp," she quipped, referring to a popular setting on the photo-editing app.
The star of "Denise Richards and Her Wild Things" later clarified her motivations behind sharing the candid photos, after a fan commented that they believed it "reinforces the idea" that people need to resort to enhancements. In a follow-up post, accompanied by a screenshot of the comment, Sami elaborated on her intentions.
"My only goal with that post was to be transparent about the procedures I've had done because people ask me all the time," Sami explained. "And the last thing I want to do is paint a false narrative."
"It's never my intention to promote plastic surgery," she continued. "I think natural bodies are incredibly beautiful."
This isn't the first time the OnlyFans creator has been open about altering her appearance. After previously detailing her breast augmentation in 2023, the first season of "Wild Things" documented her undergoing another procedure — a nose job.
"It's a really challenging feature on my face," she confided to Denise in a March episode of the show. "I'm just so excited to finally be done with this frickin' honker stuck on my face."
"I'm really trying to think if we lived in, like, Alabama, and I worked a normal job and I wasn't on social media," Sami mused, "I probably would still want a nose job."
Meanwhile, Denise also opened up candidly about her daughter's desire for cosmetic procedures.
"For my daughter to want to get her nose done, it made me so sad that Sami wanted to," she lamented. "I feel bad that she feels like she has to live up to my nose or whatever the f--k, because I don't want them to feel they have to look a certain way."
In fact, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum shared, "There were times I wanted to move the kids out of L.A., and I couldn't because of where I worked. And they have two parents in this f--king business. I feel bad."
