Selma Blair, the enigmatic star of Cruel Intentions, radiates with a profound gratitude for the immeasurable good she feels. After bravely disclosing her multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosis in 2018, she has delivered a heartening update on her health journey, where she has been free from relapses for "a couple of years," a milestone that she cherishes deeply. "It's a world-changer for me to know that I'm not accumulating further damage in my brain at this moment," she shared in an interview with Stellar, published on November 22nd. "I've also made remarkable strides in harnessing the power of neuroplasticity."

Indeed, the actress—whose MS has been in remission since 2021—feels "very, very lucky" as she continues to be a vocal advocate for those battling this autoimmune disease. "Everyone's experience with MS is unique," she added. "I believe I have a platform to speak publicly. My big mouth loves to see what I can do about stigma."

With her health in excellent condition, Selma, now 53, is diving back into acting with three new projects in the works. "There are some roles coming up that I never saw coming," she teased. "I'm thrilled to be back in movies."

Selma, a proud mother to son Arthur Saint Bleick, 14, from her previous relationship with Jason Bleick, is also thriving in her love life. She shared that she was happily dating a mystery man from the Midwest in 2024. However, she noted that she isn't rushing down the aisle, choosing instead to prioritize motherhood and her health. "As a mother wanting to build a career and figure out when you're going to get your blood treatments, a boyfriend can easily fall by the wayside," she told Us Weekly at the time. "That's why I would never want to get married. It's a recipe for disappointment."
