Rabishaw reflected, "My time at The Hollywood Reporter has been nothing short of magical, filled with indelible moments. From stepping onto the red carpet of the Emmys and Oscars to attending the Upfronts and Comic-Con, I've truly witnessed the best of the entertainment world. While leaving is bittersweet, I will forever be a proud Hollywood Reporter, as it remains the most cherished source of entertainment news in this city. I hope to remain a subscriber for life."

She further added, "I am deeply grateful to Jay Penske and George Grobar for their unwavering support and trust in me to helm this brand during some of the industry's most challenging times. Their embrace of my latest decision has been truly heartwarming."

As Publisher, Rabishaw masterminded all advertising strategies and revenue streams, both domestic and global, across THR's diverse platforms. She also spearheaded the creation of innovative partner content and events, leaving an indelible mark on the brand. Additionally, she served as an Executive Producer of the Emmy-nominated series 'Off Script With The Hollywood Reporter,' hosted by the Emmy-nominated actress Yvonne Orji. This series has become a coveted milestone for award contenders, recently receiving a nomination at the 51st annual Daytime Emmys in the category of Outstanding Arts and Popular Culture Program.

Since her appointment in July 2010, Rabishaw has been a cornerstone of THR's transition from a weekly magazine to a robust online destination. Her meteoric rise through the ranks from Executive Director of Television and Media to VP, Senior VP, and ultimately Executive VP and Publisher, is a testament to her exceptional leadership and vision. Even during the pandemic, she transformed THR's annual Women in Entertainment event into a captivating television special on Lifetime, earning her another Daytime Emmy nomination as Executive Producer.
