In the opening of Episode 6 of Season 2 of "Beef," Chairperson Park sits with her legal counsel, discussing the issues plaguing their companies. The counsel brings up the death caused by Dr. Kim at the Trochos skin clinic and warns that the police investigation could lead back to the country club. He also discusses the medical packages that Woosh is selling to club members.

Meanwhile, Josh and Lindsay meet in private, without a lawyer, to discuss their divorce terms. Lindsay questions if Josh has renewed his work contract and wonders if he's rushing the divorce to avoid paying alimony.
Elsewhere, Austin and Ashley discuss their financial situation. Ashley is worried about not being able to afford IVF, despite having insurance, and Austin advises her to stop rushing into marriage and having a child. Ashley continues to check his phone daily to ensure he's not speaking to Eunice.
The next day, Josh announces a new project at the MVP country club, offering employees a 10% commission for selling Trochos products and surgery packages. Austin checks on Eunice but asks her to only contact him in public due to Ashley's distrust.
Lindsay meets her lawyer friend Meredith and indirectly asks about how Josh's promotion could affect her settlement. She considers using the video to incriminate him and secure higher alimony. Meredith's husband, Paul, later informs Josh about the meeting, raising his concerns.
At the same time, Lindsay tries to befriend Ashley to gain access to the video of Josh. She gifts her a golf outfit and offers to connect her with Ava's cousin, Dr. Aliabadi, a fertility specialist. Josh notices Lindsay hugging Ashley and becomes uneasy.
Later, Josh introduces Austin to Olympic gymnast Sunisa "Suni" Lee, who is undergoing physical therapy. Austin struggles to stay composed, which makes Josh suspicious, and he invites Austin to his house for a session.
That evening, Ashley confides in Austin about her encounter with Dr. Aliabadi and the possibility of becoming a mother. Their disagreement escalates when Austin expresses concerns about rushing into parenthood and questions her sudden support for Lindsay. The argument intensifies until Ashley experiences abdominal pain, prompting Austin to rush to her aid.
Meanwhile, Josh confronts Lindsay about her attempts to contact a lawyer and blackmail him. He refuses to negotiate without legal representation, frustrating her.
The following day, Eunice reaches out to Ashley regarding the invoices. Ashley offers to share some of the photos she took but becomes upset when Eunice mentions her last interaction with Austin. She refuses to share anything without Austin's approval and lies about planning IVF to distance Eunice from him.
At the same time, Austin visits Josh for a physical therapy session. Josh enquires about his football career and experience, and they bond as Austin helps set up a cold plunge machine. Austin uses AI to present himself as qualified and discovers a bottle of bufo, a psychedelic that Josh plans to use.
Austin stays with Josh as he takes the drug. Josh experiences intense hallucinations and opens up about his motives and personal struggles. The two connect over their shared experiences.
Meanwhile, Ashley and Lindsay convince Ava to consider a consultation at the Trochos clinic. Lindsay mentions Ashley's IVF plans, and Ava offers to connect her with Dr. Aliabadi. Ava decides to undergo the procedure and invites both of them to join her in Seoul.
That night, Ashley and Lindsay share a drink and discuss their relationships. They compare their lives to Troy and Ava's and criticize their dynamic. Lindsay then shares details about her miscarriage.
On his way home, Josh's neighbor recognizes Austin's car and shows him CCTV footage of a similar vehicle passing by on the day Burberry went missing.
Elsewhere, Ashley shows the invoices to Woosh, who uses them to blackmail Chairperson Park. He demands a promotion and threatens to expose the medical malpractice and financial fraud. Chairperson Park agrees to promote him, but as Woosh leaves that night, he is hit by a truck. Episode 6 ends with his sudden death.
