As the fourth episode of Delhi Crime Season 3 unfolds in Rajasthan, Didi reaches out to Vijay via a call, informing him of her upcoming meeting with the new supplier, Khanna. The girls are whisked away in a different vehicle, their destination unknown to them. Meanwhile, Vartika engages in a poignant conversation with her husband, Vishal, about the Baby Noor case. She prepares herself to visit Shabnam Bano's residence.

Kusum, on the other hand, is granted bail from prison. As she steps out, she issues a cautionary warning to Simran, urging her to be wary of impending dangers. She then makes her way to Didi, where she apologizes sincerely and promises to rectify everything. Kusum then departs for Surat, where Vijay has taken the girls.
Vartika, Neeti, and Bhupendra meet with Shabnam Bano's husband, who reveals that the woman they purchased is named Sunita. The family discloses that Sunita, also known as Shabnam, was married off to their son in order to provide them with an heir—a male child. They further reveal that Shabnam has fled and the police are on the lookout for her.
Simran diligently tries to gather information on a car while Didi learns that it is being pursued by a van. Vartika eventually locates Shabnam/Sunita on a bus and brings her back to Delhi to be reunited with her critically ill daughter, Baby Noor (who is actually named Sana). Simran informs Neeti that Kusum has been released from police custody.
While in police custody, Shabnam reveals that she fell in love with a boy at the age of 16 and had three children with him. The man eventually abandoned her, and she relocated to Delhi to live with a man who promised to marry her. Shabnam further discloses that she met Kalyani in Delhi, who forced her into marrying an elderly man from Haryana. Kalyani also took away her three children. Shabnam was then sold off to Tejpal, but due to her sterilization, he subjected her to abuse and treated her like a slave.
As Shabnam is taken to the hospital to meet her daughter, Vartika reveals the truth about Baby Noor's condition to her. Shabnam breaks down in tears in the hospital room upon seeing her daughter for the first time.
The police chief delivered a stern rebuke to Vishal, chiding him over Vartika's failure to provide timely updates on the case's latest findings. That evening, Devinder met Neeti and disclosed his impending wedding to Mallika. Neeti shared her plans of adopting a child, but he argued that the demands of her profession would make it an impossible feat to raise a child alone. As they embraced for the last time before he left with his belongings, Devinder vowed that Neeti would be an exceptional mother.
That same night, Vishal reprimanded Vartika for missing the crucial meeting, asserting that her lack of trust in her team prevented them from handling the operation in her absence. The following morning, Kusum arranged a new location for the girls' temporary residence. London informed Vartika about Mithul Khanna, a Kolkata-based buyer who dealt in the elite escort market. He revealed that Mithul was in Delhi for a meeting that evening and provided her with the exact location.
Simran learned that the car she was pursuing was registered under the name of Meena Choudhary. She visited the address but unfortunately ended up being kidnapped. Neeti grew concerned about Simran's safety.
Meanwhile, Vartika made her way to the restaurant where Mithul Khanna was supposed to be. There, she encountered Didi, who suddenly fainted due to low blood sugar, bringing an end to the episode with a sudden twist.
