The fifth episode of Delhi Crime Season 3 commences with Vartika extending a helping hand to Didi, unaware of her true identity. She requests a constable to escort Didi (Meena) to the restroom, but Meena refuses the assistance and insists on going solo. As Meena departs, Vartika inquires about Mithul Khanna, only to be shocked upon learning that the woman she assisted was none other than Meena herself.
Vartika heads to the CCTV room, requesting the circulation of Meena's photo across the state to prevent her from crossing the border. Simultaneously, Meena reaches out to John, informing him of her shortfall—30 girls instead of the desired 40. John's unwavering demand for 40 girls leaves Meena disheartened. She then turns to Vijay, asking him to collect photos of the girls.
However, Meena argues that she had offered one girl for free, which eventually persuades John to accept the 30 girls. Vijay informs Meena that they must meet the person they borrowed money from and present a portion of the collected cash.
On the other hand, Neeti embarks on a mission to locate Simran, but her efforts are in vain. With Vartika's permission, Neeti ventures further in her search.
Meanwhile, Vimla and Jairaj embark on a journey to Bihar in search of Shabnam's other daughter. They encounter Deepa, Kalyani's daughter, and inquire about Sania, the little girl who was sold to street beggars for rent. Vimla and Jairaj rescue Sania and bring her back to Delhi.
Bhupendra informs Vartika that Shubash and Sudhir are also on the lookout for Shabnam's son, Sameer. Vartika remains perplexed about Meena and her operation. Meanwhile, John develops a liking for Sonam and agrees to continue the trade with 30 girls. Didi seizes Sonam and forces her into a video call with John.
Sudhir stumbles upon Sameer and brings him to the station, where Vartika is shocked to witness Sameer's brainwashing into believing that his mother had sold him.
Finally, Shabnam is reunited with both Sania and Sameer at the hospital, where Sana (Baby Noor) is still fighting for her life. Shabnam expresses her gratitude to the cops for their assistance.
Simultaneously, Meena and Vijay find themselves in a grim confrontation with the three henchmen of the loan shark, Bhai Ji, resulting in their tragic demise. Vijay reproaches Meena for her impulsive actions, but the duo makes a hasty retreat. In Haryana, Neeti chastises the police for their indifference towards Simran's disappearance. Delving into Simran's files, Neeti uncovers the address of the house she was investigating. Vartika learns of Meena and Vijay's heinous deed in Surat, Gujarat, and sets off in pursuit.
Neeti, along with the law enforcement officials, stumble upon Simran tied up in the very house and spring to her rescue. She immediately calls upon a cyber security expert from the Delhi Police, instructing him to trace Vijay's whereabouts. Using the kidnapper's phone, Neeti dials the number, revealing Vijay's location.
Vijay alerts Meena of their compromised position, prompting them to relocate the girls to a different location. Vartika and Bhupendra set out on a mission to track them down. As Meena prepares to depart with the girls, the cops arrive on the scene. Vijay stalls them by firing at their vehicle, but Bhupendra manages to shoot him in the arm as he attempts to flee. This brief respite allows Meena to gather the girls and depart swiftly. The episode concludes with Vartika discovering an abandoned warehouse as Meena escapes to Mumbai with a truck full of girls, her sinister mission unfinished but her fate now intertwined with the law's relentless pursuit.
