In the opening of Episode 3 of Furies: Resistance, Lyna's gentle grazing of Niko's arm sets the stage for a conversation that could change everything. At her mother's apartment, she paints a picture of working with Elis, a choice that, despite the risks involved in taking on Selma and the Furies, seems preferable to aligning with Carny's gang, who are deeply entangled in the dark underbelly of organ trafficking, drugs, and prostitution.

Furies: Resistance - Season 2 Episode 3 1

A call from Selma summons Lyna to a meeting, where they discuss their latest intel: Oz is headed to Paris to personally handle the disruption caused by Selma and Carny's gang. The plan is to leverage Varda's knowledge to locate Oz and use Carny's men to assist Selma in eliminating him. Meanwhile, they must navigate Varda's orders while exhibiting a measure of defiance. Lyna aids Niko in dealing with a freelancer who is distributing drugs without authorization. As Varda tortures the freelancer, Lyna discreetly implants a tracker in his phone.

Elsewhere, tensions rise as Rosie confronts Carny about being excluded from the gang's discussions. Selma updates them on their progress and reveals that Varda's phone is bugged. She orders them to prepare all the necessary guns and weapons for the upcoming battle to destroy the Damocles.

At the police station, Iris confronts Elis about his failure to shoot during their confrontation with Oz. He lies, claiming panic set in when he thought of Keita. Iris seems to accept his explanation and shares that Tossar has asked her to keep an eye on him. They later venture to a place where Elis used to frequent with Lyna. While he steps away to use the bathroom, he encounters Orso, who has discovered CCTV footage of Elis at the Imperial and demands information about the kid's whereabouts. Elis lies, claiming he is a witness under police protection.

In a heartfelt moment, Leon and Lyna bond over their shared loss - she tells him about losing her father on her birthday, while he reveals that the man who killed his mother was the enigmatic "Tuesday Man," who visited her every month on a Tuesday.

Selma endeavors to pry further information from him, but Leon abruptly shuts down and requests to retire for the night. Selma wishes to persist, but Lyna relents and permits him to retire. Selma warns her of the dangers of becoming too attached.

Later, Selma enlists Rosie's aid in an arms deal. They venture out to meet Wagner, an arms dealer, posing as buyers dispatched by Damocles. Niko informs her that Varda is on the move and may be headed to a meeting with Oz. As Selma is preoccupied with the arms deal, she directs that they handle Oz without her.

While Niko, Simon, and Lyna tail Varda and his men, Rosie and Selma attempt to negotiate with Wagner. They nearly convince him, but a phone call changes his mind. A shootout ensues, but Selma and Rosie eliminate all his men. Selma dials the number and discovers that Simoni, one of Carny's gang members, had offered a superior deal for their demise.

Meanwhile, Varda and his men split up. Niko and Simon follow the men while Lyna pursues Varda. He discards his phone, so Lyna calls Elis for assistance. Elis ejects Denon and his partner from the CCTV room, directing her to follow Varda all the way to the Grand Palais Immersif. Tossar forcibly opens the door.

Elis cannot assist her further, leaving Lyna alone. It transpires that Leon concealed himself in Lyna's car. He desires to aid her in finding the man who murdered his mother. Lyna is opposed to this, but Leon insists, so she agrees to let him accompany her. At the police station, Denon informs Tossar of Lyna's car's location.

Elsewhere, Niko and Simon follow the men to the Cergy Pontoise Airfield. Niko detects something suspicious: the airfield lacks planes. A helicopter arrives, and Simon prepares to shoot Oz as soon as he steps out. Niko is conflicted since the deal with the cops requires handing Oz over alive for absolution.

He clumsily bumps into Simon, causing him to miss his mark, and ultimately leads to a confession about the scheme. It becomes apparent that Oz was never at the airfield, and it was merely a trap. As soon as Carny's men attempt to ambush the fake Oz, Damocles' men emerge from their hiding spots, raining bullets down on them. Simon and Niko manage to escape, along with a few of Carny's men, including the Belgian. Elsewhere, Leon spots a familiar face at the Grand Palais Immersif and abruptly halts in his tracks. Lyna tries to get closer, but Oz receives a message warning him about the police. Suddenly, an alarm sounds, and an announcement asks visitors to evacuate due to a bomb threat.

Oz has a backup plan in place, as almost half the men in the room wear similar clothing when the lights flicker on and off. Lyna loses sight of him in the crowd. Oz also knows that Leon is not with the police. Elis calls Lyna to warn her about the police presence. She informs him that someone had warned Oz about the police, which means there's a mole within the police force. At the end of the episode, Selma and Lyna come up with a new plan to find Oz. Lyna rats out the resistance members to Varda, and the Damocles take them down. He sends three teams after Selma as Lyna names her as part of the resistance, but she manages to escape. In exchange, Lyna wants a meeting with Oz.
