In the sixth episode of "No Tail to Tell," Woo-seok demands answers, wishing to help Si-yeol, who has been keeping new developments a secret. However, Eun-ho doesn't believe him, thinking he's being selfish since losing powers means Woo-seok keeps his successful life. Geum-ho 2.0 is then called upon to erase Woo-seok's memory of this interaction, and he finds himself in his car. A call from his dad scolds him for skipping training and going to South Korea, making the FC furious with him. In a sudden memory flash, he gets a glimpse of his past as Geum-ho 2.0's power isn't as strong as they thought.

The magical problem is further revealed when Geum-ho 2.0 tells them that she can become a nine-tailed fox and switch fates with Eun-ho. She becomes human as she desires, and Eun-ho becomes a fox to fix Si-yeol's life. Eun-ho realizes that Pagun gave Geum-ho 2.0 the idea and is upset, insisting that there's nothing great about being human and that Geum-ho 2.0 should give up on her human dreams. Si-yeol tries to show Geum-ho 2.0 the good side of being human, leading to a tug-of-war until Geum-ho 2.0 suggests going to an amusement park.
Eun-ho initially pretends to hate it but does everything Geum-ho 2.0 wants and starts enjoying herself. Si-yeol finds it endearing and keeps checking in on her. They end up sharing a moment where both Eun-ho and Si-yeol accept that they worry about each other. He lightens the mood by joking that he only wants her to be safe so she can fix his life.
Next, Eun-ho is lost in thought as she watches Geum-ho 2.0 having fun. In a flashback, the real Geum-ho and Eun-ho promise to grant a wish to the one who turns human first. Geum-ho already knows her wish - she wants Eun-ho to become human at the same time she does, so they can live a good life together and grow old together.
Currently, Eun-ho insists that human lives are weak, cruel, and fragile. However, Geum-ho 2.0 believes that instead of a long, saturated life, she wants a memorable, short, intense human life. Another flashback reveals old Geum-ho remembering Eun-ho when she vowed never to be human. Geum-ho assures her that she has no regrets and urges Eun-ho to live the life she desires.
While Si-yeol brings a bandage for Eun-ho’s shoe bite, he spots his former agent, Yeon-su, struggling as a single mother to two young children. When he joins Eun-ho, she reveals that she has accepted Geum-ho 2.0’s offer to switch fates. They turn in for the night but Eun-ho can’t stop thinking about Si-yeol’s kindness towards her at the amusement park. She is hungry and makes him cook ramen in the middle of the night. Although he doesn’t eat ramen since he has to maintain his physique, she convinces him to join her. They end up having fun and eating several bowls of ramen together.
As for the rest, Jang Do-cheol, the fox hunter, kills a shaman and steals her power. CEO Lee Yoon finds it odd that a fox and Woo-seok, a popular football player, are friends with a broke nobody like Si-yeol. He orders Secretary Choi to investigate Woo-seok. Coach Yong-gil is frustrated as his team struggles without a forward striker. The boys try to pitch Si-yeol’s name but Yong-gil refuses to give him a third chance.
The new mission is the Good Deeds Project. The problem is that Geum-ho 2.0 isn’t interested in rushing her upgrade as a nine-tailed fox. Instead, she has linked her fox bead to Eun-ho. This means the very human Eun-ho needs to do all the good deeds and build up Geum-ho 2.0’s spiritual power. Eun-ho’s suggestions are all tinged with ulterior motives – such as waiting for a suicidal man to jump off a bridge or burning a building and then saving people. Si-yeol points out that her false kindness will ruin her karma, which means it won’t be a good deed.
As they debate, an actual fire rages in an orphanage. They rush in, and Eun-ho, in the heat of the moment, is trapped as the building begins to crumble. Si-yeol, determined to save her, hits his head in the chaos.
Eun-ho wakes up in a hospital bed, his heart racing as he realizes the potential danger Si-yeol faced. He tries to joke about her apparent worry and fear for him, but his words fail him as she embraces him tightly, ordering him not to die.
The scene is charged with emotion and tension, as the two of them grapple with the aftereffects of the fire and the danger they faced together. Through their interactions, we see the depth of their bond and the strength of their love for each other.
