In the sixth episode of Off Campus Season 1, we're treated to a flashback to karaoke night, where Garrett puts Allie to sleep on the couch before going to look for Hannah. Meanwhile, Dean returns home with two women and starts making out with them, only to trip over the couch and land on Allie. The women leave after the two begin bickering. Annoyed at Allie for "cockblocking" him, Dean goes outside to smoke a joint, and Allie follows him there.

Outside, Allie opens up about her complicated relationship with Sean. She talks about how her father supported her mother during her illness, but admits that she does not want to sacrifice her dreams for someone else's future. Dean reveals that he avoids serious relationships entirely and casually puts his number into her phone, which she immediately saves as "DO NOT CALL."
The episode then moves to the night of the Drunk Shakespeare play, where Allie drunkenly calls Dean to tell him she has finally broken up with Sean. The two secretly hook up and continue sleeping together over the next month while hiding it from their friends. Even though Allie constantly insists she does not want to hurt Sean, she keeps going back to Dean anyway.
On Thanksgiving, Allie joins Dean and Beau on a road trip to New York. Dean feels left out as Beau and Allie bond during the drive. Later, while talking to Hannah on the phone, Allie secretly texts Dean after he asks her to come over. She eventually meets him at his apartment, where the two hook up again.
However, Allie notices Dean acting strangely tense around her. The two end up playing chess while trying to distract themselves with sex. Later that night, Dean answers a call from his friends, causing Allie to panic over the fact that she is lying to Hannah while also hurting Sean. Dean tries to calm her down, but Allie leaves anyway.
Throughout this episode, we see the complexities of relationships and the struggles of maintaining them while pursuing one's own dreams and desires. The characters' interactions are full of tension and emotion, and the writing captures the essence of the situation in a way that makes it feel both realistic and engaging.
Meanwhile, Garrett listens to Hannah sing the lyrics she wrote with Justin. He quickly realizes she's unhappy with the song and encourages her to rewrite it if it no longer feels authentic to her. Hannah worries about hurting Justin's feelings, but Garrett reminds her that she should speak honestly about her own work. Garrett tells Hannah that he loves her, and she says it back with a tender smile.
Elsewhere, Allie is appalled at how dramatically both her and Hannah's love lives have changed. She admits feeling guilty about ending things with Sean and says she needs a distraction. Hannah supports her decision but points out that Allie has never been good at handling casual relationships.
At the cafeteria, Logan asks Garrett to speak to Phil about donating to the Hurricanes, a scholarship hockey program for kids who can't afford the sport. Dean explains to Hannah that Logan once benefited from the program himself and still helps train young players. When Dean mentions organizing a fundraiser, Hannah suggests holding it at Malone's.
That night, the group gathers at Malone's while Justin and his band perform audience requests for charity. Dean openly flirts with Allie and asks if she wants to keep hooking up with him. At the same time, Garrett becomes increasingly stressed about the upcoming game against St. Anthony's and tries advising the newer players.
Elsewhere in the bar, Allie gets jealous watching puck bunnies flirt with Dean and asks Hannah how she manages not to worry about Garrett. Hannah confidently says she trusts that Garrett would never betray her. Meanwhile, Allie jokingly requests a song from Justin for Dean, though Dean casually admits he wants to hook up with her and no one else.
Later, Logan tells Hannah that Garrett has been spiraling over the St. Anthony's game. Hannah tries to cheer Garrett up while also promising that she will finally talk to Justin about the song lyrics. During the fundraiser, Dean publicly announces Phil's contribution to the charity, which immediately angers Garrett.
Garrett lashes out at Logan for approaching Phil behind his back, but Logan insists he doesn't care about Phil and only wants to help the kids who need the money. Meanwhile, Justin performs the song, finally making Hannah realize just how much she hates it. After the performance, Hannah tells Justin that the song no longer feels right to her and asks if they can rewrite it together. Justin refuses and tells her to redo it herself.
Elsewhere, Dean makes one final pass at Allie and indirectly asks if she wants to continue sleeping with him. Allie later joins him in the photo booth, where the two hook up again. They agree to keep things casual with no strings attached.
Later that night, Garrett finds Hannah working on new lyrics for her song. Hannah encourages Garrett to finally tell Logan and Coach Jensen the truth about Phil, insisting they would understand his situation. At the same time, Allie waits in her dorm room wearing lingerie for Dean to arrive. Just as Dean and Allie hook up, Hannah texts Allie asking to hang out. Allie hurriedly kicks Dean out, only for Sean to suddenly show up and realize that she has been sleeping with someone else.
That same night, Hannah closes up the bar and overhears students talking about the center player for St. Anthony's. The episode ends with Hannah learning that her rapist, Aaron Delaney, plays for St. Anthony's, causing her to panic as she runs home.
