In the seventh episode of Off Campus Season 1, we're whisked back to Hannah's high school days, where her father teaches music. She recalls sitting in therapy after her assault, feeling completely numb and disconnected. In the present, Hannah locks herself in her dorm room, reliving Aaron Delaney's attack. She ignores Allie and refuses to answer anyone trying to reach her.

Meanwhile, Garrett and the boys head to practice ahead of their game against St. Anthony's. Phil and Cindy show up at the rink, hoping to talk to Garrett. Seeing them together sends Garrett into a panic as he realizes Cindy is still with his father. He repeatedly tries to contact Hannah but can't get through to her.
Allie leaves Sean a voice note in an attempt to talk things through. Outside the drama building, she runs into Beau and his sister, Joanna. Beau asks Allie to help Joanna with a self-tape audition, and Allie immediately agrees because Joanna is one of her acting idols.
During the game against St. Anthony's, Garrett and the team struggle against Aaron Delaney's intimidating presence on the ice. Garrett keeps searching the crowd for Hannah, hoping she will calm him down, but she remains trapped in her room. After seeing updates from Jules online, Hannah starts having a panic attack.
Coach Jensen is furious with the team's performance after the first period. Logan tries to speak to Garrett, but he's too distracted to listen. Meanwhile, Hannah ends up at the auditorium, where she listens to her music teacher play the piano. She opens up about feeling hopeless over her songwriting and worries that she will never be good enough for the showcase. The teacher encourages Hannah to hold onto the people who truly see her for who she is, immediately making her think of Garrett.
Hannah finally listens to Garrett's voicemail and realizes he needs her. She rushes to the rink while Briar U continues to fall apart during the second period. Aaron injures Birdie during the game, putting the team even further behind. Logan blames Garrett for losing focus, while Garrett continues to unravel under pressure.
Hannah finally reaches the rink and finds Garrett overwhelmed. When Garrett brings up Aaron, Hannah visibly panics but hides it and pulls him back toward the ice. As the third period begins, Hannah kisses Garrett at the rink entrance. Aaron notices the moment and immediately recognizes Hannah. Re-energized, Garrett starts working with the team properly and helps close the scoring gap against St. Anthony's.
The moment Aaron hurls an insult at Hannah, calling her a "lying slut," everything around Garrett shatters. His mind races as he realizes the truth: Aaron is indeed Hannah's rapist. In a fit of rage, Garrett violently attacks Aaron in the midst of the game. Coach Jensen swiftly removes Garrett from the field and suspends him for the next four games. He warns Garrett that his actions could jeopardize his potential draft to the Boston Bruins amidst the ongoing NCAA investigation.
Instead of condemning the violence, Phil praises Garrett for losing his temper and offers to help make the suspension disappear. This revelation pushes Garrett over the edge. He confronts Phil about the abuse he endured throughout childhood, but Phil insists that Garrett's success was due to his influence and reputation. Garrett refuses to listen and tells Phil to stop attending his games altogether.
Hannah is completely shell-shocked after witnessing Garrett's outburst. She is upset with him for losing control, while Garrett accuses her of lying about Aaron's identity. He insists he was trying to protect her, but Hannah explains that she never wanted him to defend her in the first place. The argument escalates quickly, with Hannah blaming herself for destroying Garrett's future and ruining his hockey career. Garrett insists he would risk everything for her, but Hannah admits that seeing his violent outburst scared her. Hurt by her response, Garrett ends their relationship and walks away.
Heartbroken, Hannah struggles to process both the breakup and the resurfaced trauma from her assault. By the end of the night, she decides she finally needs to tell her parents the truth about what happened to her.
Meanwhile, Joanna takes Allie out for drinks to thank her for helping with the self-tape. The two discuss Allie's dating life, and Allie brings up Sean accusing her of being obsessed with relationships. Joanna points out that Allie has basically entered another emotionally committed situation with Dean, despite calling it casual, which completely freaks her out.
Joanna encourages Allie to hook up with someone other than Dean and even sets her up with a stranger at the bar. Allie chats with him and talks about her supposedly no-strings-attached situation with Dean. After the stranger kisses her to get Joanna off her back, Allie realizes she cannot actually handle casual relationships and leaves without hooking up with him.
Later, Allie spends time with Beau and Joanna while Dean repeatedly texts her asking if she wants to come over. Back at the house, Garrett returns home and finds Logan waiting there. Logan tries checking in on Garrett, but Garrett refuses to open up.
That night, Logan, Dean, Tucker, and Jules share drinks at Malone’s while Hannah stays home watching Dirty Dancing alone. Allie eventually returns to the dorm and finds Hannah devastated. The episode ends with Garrett trying to process everything that happened over the last few hours.
