Episode 7 of "Tastefully Yours" kicks off with Manager Lee Yu-jin awakening within the confines of Chun-seung’s garage, where Beom-woo had confined him. He stumbles upon a book titled "Jungjae’s Recipes," but to his bewilderment, it is stuffed with an assortment of random news clippings, casting an eerie light on the situation.
The scene then shifts to Japan, where Beom-woo is engrossed in a phone conversation with Young-hye. His heart skips a beat when he learns that Jeon Min is stepping into her shoes at Han Sun-woo’s esteemed restaurant, La Lecel. Tempted to march back and confront Min head-on, Beom-woo’s resolve falters when he spots Min and Yeon-joo sharing laughter. Min, attempting to persuade Yeon-joo to rejoin Le Murir, meets with rejection. Soon afterward, he receives a call from Sun-woo and excuses himself for the evening.
Left to their own devices, Yeon-joo and Beom-woo continue their intoxicating evening, pondering over what culinary delight Yeon-joo should prepare for Chef Tatsuo. Yeon-joo reveals her profound respect for Tatsuo, marred only by his transformation after acquiring a Diamant star. As they stroll through the night, they find themselves at a ramen restaurant, where they indulge in uni ramen—a dish that holds special significance. The ramen shop owner, a cherished friend of Tatsuo’s, reveals that he taught Tatsuo the art of crafting this dish. A flashback ensues, with Tatsuo commenting that the ramen “isn’t how the kid made it,” referring to none other than Yeon-joo.
Yeon-joo’s mind drifts back to the day she prepared uni ramen for the staff, a memory that Beom-woo seized upon. Seeing an opportunity to please Tatsuo, he suggests she recreate this dish for him. In a spontaneous gesture of affection, Yeon-joo plants a quick kiss on Beom-woo and dashes off to gather ingredients. Once she is gone, Han-woo texts Min, expressing his desire for a meeting.
Back in South Korea, Chun-seung offers Yu-jin a morsel of food while he remains imprisoned in the garage. Threatening to shatter all his precious liquor bottles, Yu-jin manages to coerce Chun-seung into letting him out momentarily. Coincidentally, Young-hye arrives at this juncture, seizing the opportunity to lock Chun-seung inside the garage instead. She then imparts a sense of urgency to Yu-jin, informing him that she needs Yeon-joo’s recipes by the weekend, as Diamant inspectors are coming to Motto soon.
In Sapporo, Beom-woo crosses paths with Min, unearthing his awareness of the impending merger between Hansang and Murir. He levels an accusation at Min, asserting that he is privy to the ultimate plan—the gradual dismantling of Murir. Min counters with his own misgivings about Beom-woo's intentions.
The following day, Yeon-joo ventures out to gather ingredients for her culinary endeavors, but her scheduled rendezvous with Beom-woo goes unfulfilled. Their paths converge later in the afternoon at Le Murir, where Yeon-joo is engrossed in preparing a unique uni ramen. While searching through a trash bin, Yeon-joo stumbles upon a cache of pills, which Min dismisses nonchalantly as mere stress relievers. Together, they manage to recreate the dish and present it to Tatsuo. For the first time in recent days, Tatsuo savors a full meal and, remarkably, his memory of Yeon-joo is rekindled. Though belated, he offers her an apology for the pufferfish mishap, and they exchange heartfelt sentiments, mending their rift.
Min then publicly declares to his staff that he will assume the dual role of chef and owner at Le Murir. To save the restaurant, he has reluctantly sought the assistance of an external investor. However, Yeon-joo confronts him about the medication she discovered earlier—pills prescribed for Alzheimer's disease. She accuses Min of concealing them from Tatsuo, solely to buy himself more time to find a buyer for the restaurant. Min confesses that the restaurant is in dire straits and faces imminent closure; he asserts that he had no other option.
Beom-woo springs another surprise on Min. A flashback reveals Beom-woo boarding an early morning flight back to South Korea to disrupt a Hansang board meeting. Claiming reinstatement as a board member (following a phone conversation with his mother), he leverages his position to veto the M&A proposal for Le Murir.
At this moment, Min's fury burns with such intensity that he is on the brink of striking Beom-woo. Chef Tatsuo, sensing the impending turmoil, steps in to quell the disturbance and summons everyone indoors. Tatsuo, acutely aware of Min's profound attachment to Murir, gently reminds him that selling it is not the answer. He reassures Min with the promise that they will navigate this challenge together as a team.
Subsequently, Min offers a heartfelt apology to Yeon-joo. She responds by sharing that she will cherish their shared memories forever, and they part ways with mutual respect and fondness. As the plane takes off, Yeon-joo leans her head comfortably on Beom-woo's shoulder, to his great delight. His contentment is briefly interrupted by a text from his mother, hinting at an obligation owed.
Upon their return, Beom-woo and Yeon-joo discover that Chun-seung has failed to report for duty. A sudden realization dawns on Beom-woo about Yu-jin, prompting him to rush to the garage intent on freeing him. To his astonishment, he finds Chun-seung instead. Through a hurried exchange, Beom-woo pieces together the events and dashes to the restaurant, searching frantically for the Jungjae recipe book. His worst fears are confirmed; it is missing. A vivid flashback depicts Yu-jin and Young-hye breaking into the restaurant and making off with the precious tome.
Meanwhile, Yu-jin and her staff prepare for the arrival of the Diamant inspectors, oblivious to the impending drama. With a sense of urgency, Beom-woo speeds towards Seoul, determined to thwart her plans. And with that cliffhanger, Tastefully Yours Episode 7 draws to a thrilling close.
