The sixth episode of The Asset's first season commences with Folke reprimanding Tea for revealing her true identity to Ashley, fearing that it compromises the case. However, Tea is steadfast in her belief that she has made the right choice. She endeavors to reach out to Ashley, but the latter ignores her calls. Miran notices the shift in his wife's demeanor and inquires if she had a tussle with Tea. Meanwhile, Folke and Yasin uncover more incriminating evidence from the documents Tea found in Miran's office.

As the narrative progresses, we see Ashley confronting Tea for her deceit. Despite Tea's persuasive arguments about working with the police being the only way out for both her and Sofia, Ashley initially resists. However, after Folke promises to assist her if she cooperates, Ashley relents and agrees to speak with Folke during their first interview.
During the interview, Ashley reveals that she has assisted Miran in the past and mentions a gruesome incident where he returned home with blood on his hands and clothes. She searches for his clothes but finds them missing. Unsatisfied with this information, Folke demands more evidence and promises to help Ashley only if she continues to cooperate.
Folke presses Tea to convince Ashley to elicit a confession from Miran about the blood. That night, Ashley confronts Miran, posing as a concerned protector of him and Sofia. Convinced by her act, Miran confesses to killing Erik but assures her that he has ended his involvement in the drug business after avenging his revenge. The police eavesdrop on their conversation.
As the night wears on, Miran overhears a conversation between Tea and Ashley, where Ashley declares her intention to end her deal with the police. Miran confronts his wife and locks her phone in the fridge, unaware that she has already turned against him. In the meantime, Folke mobilizes the police to arrest both Ashley and Miran, revealing that he had little intention of helping Ashley escape legal repercussions.
Tea leaves a message for Ashley, urging her to meet at the park. The police arrive to find Miran gone and Ashley sitting at the dining table. It transpires that Miran had gone to meet Tea at the park with Niko, where they subjected her to a brief period of torture. Eventually, Tea convinces Miran to surrender himself and clear Ashley's name, emphasizing that it is what's best for Sofia.
The following morning, Miran surrenders and confesses to all his crimes, including revealing that Ashley was working with him under duress. He also gives the police the location of Erik's body, heeding Tea's advice.
The season finale of The Asset brings us to a climactic moment of emotional depth and suspense. A month after their arrest, Ashley emerges from the ordeal, her shoulders carrying the weight of Sofia's custody. They settle into a cozy little apartment, their former assets now a distant memory, confiscated by the authorities. Miran's father pays a visit, imploring Ashley to shield Sofia with the fiercest of her resolve.
Meanwhile, Tea declines Folke's job offer, reaching out to Ashley with a heartfelt apology, only to be met with a rebuff. Yasin intervenes, hoping to sway Tea towards accepting the position at PET. As they ride together, a hail of bullets from two men on a motorbike shatters the tranquility, Yasin miraculously unscathed but Tea gravely injured, rushed to the hospital.
In a twist of fate, Ashley stumbles upon a key to a storage unit hidden within one of Sofia's toys. Uncovering the unit, she discovers the drugs Miran had concealed from the authorities.
The episode ends with Tea stirring to consciousness in the hospital, Folke by her side. Her gaze drifts to him as he asks if she saw the attackers. She nods, though not in response to their sighting but rather in acknowledgement of her unspoken understanding. Folke vows to bring the perpetrators to justice, his words heavy with determination and a promise kept for both their safety and justice.
