In the eleventh episode of "The Beauty," we see Byron's sons administering the serum to Franny, despite her reluctance. To their surprise, she transforms into a beautiful woman, and Byron confesses his undying love for her. Although he had no involvement in what his sons did, he's thrilled with Franny's transformation. Franny, however, is furious that her sons took the decision away from her. She was proud of her age and the life she had lived. In a fit of rage, she breaks her vase and slits her throat in front of Byron's eyes.
Meanwhile, Bella meets with Connor at a restaurant. Connor opens up about his struggles with obesity and other weight-related issues. He describes the Beauty Serum as life-changing but notes that it was costly, and he needs to find a way to pay off his credit card debt. He offers to sleep with Bella and charge her for his services, taking a double dose of the serum to enhance his appearance and give himself the best chance of infecting Bella with the best black-market version. The two have consensual sex, but things take a drastic and unexpected twist when Bella changes. Instead of turning beautiful, she turns into a slimy monster.
As a result of numerous reports of sexual infections going wrong and other clinical jabs causing age anomalies, physical deformities, and other health issues, Byron decides to do the right thing and halt production and sales. He orders his legal team to take all measures to compensate those affected and decides to provide free boosters until a cure can be found to reverse the effects of the Beauty Serum. His son argues that they can overlook the medical and legal fallout and claim bankruptcy to avoid paying any compensation. Byron threatens to kill him when he mentions taking over the business empire, blaming his son for what happened to Franny. He orders Diana to give it her best shot and find a cure for the Beauty Serum as quickly as possible.
As for Cooper and his gang, Diana and Tig (Byron's son) meet with them to discuss plans to kill Byron. Tig wants to initiate a succession plan, and his dad is standing in his way. He lies to Cooper and his gang about the motives behind his change of mind, accusing Byron of forcefully jabbing his mom. Jeremy is down for a coup, but Antonio and the others ask him to calm down. They need to figure out what's in it for them if they make a deal with Tig and Diana. This is when Tig offers the first cure for the Beauty Serum. It turns out they went through Ray's computer systems and found a reversal mechanism. Obviously, Byron had Ray killed, so it's up to other scientists like Diana to figure out a cure.
In this episode, we see the consequences of unregulated scientific experimentation play out in full force, as characters struggle with their choices and the effects of their actions on others. The drama is intense, and the stakes are high as we wait to see how everything will play out in future episodes.
