As the scene unfolds, Byron rushes to the toilet to once again inspect his reflection and discovers a third nipple on his chest. Despite this, he remains in a state of euphoria, feeling unstoppable and invincible. Ray continues to list the potential pitfalls of their venture, pointing out that Byron had only sought out the financial opportunities the drug could bring, disregarding his friends.

Byron argues that billionaires have no genuine friends and, despite his reluctance to hear about the potential issues the drug might have, he acknowledges that he still needs Ray's help. Ray emphasizes that he will not lie to Byron or stroke his ego and does his best to convince him not to kill him. However, he also warns him that he has probably infected the flight attendant.

As soon as they land, Byron's bodyguard kills the flight attendant. Meanwhile, Byron and Ray head to the lab, where Byron is in a state of euphoria as they run a few tests. He then heads home, where he swims and takes immense pleasure in his new body as his staff waits on him.

In the evening, he reintroduces himself to his wife, Franny. Initially shocked by his changed appearance, she does not fall over and worship him as he expected. Instead, she mocks his vanity and highlights his insecurity and rotten personality. Even as he practices his presentation for the big launch day, she refuses to help and rejects his offer to sleep with him and transform. She intellectually annihilates him!

Back at the lab, Ray discovers the ignition ketosis problem and figures out that the virus has a lifespan of 855 days. This revelation causes Byron to lose his calm and threaten to kill Ray. The tension between these two characters reaches new heights as they struggle to navigate their complex relationship amidst the rapidly unfolding consequences of their dangerous experiment.

The doctor, pleading for his life, makes a desperate promise to rectify the situation. He proposes the creation of boosters and stabilizers that Byron can sell for enhanced profits. This idea captivates Byron, who grants him six months to deliver. He commands Ray to kneel before him, referring to himself as a god.

Following this incident, Ray enlists the help of lab researchers. He divides them into different groups to keep the technicians in the dark about their true purpose. We are then introduced to Mike and Clara. Mike is shy, lacks confidence, and is lonely. His friend Clara is in the midst of a transition and going through a lot. She encourages Mike to talk to his crush, Jen, who works on a different floor. Unfortunately, Jen informs Mike that she is engaged and only sees him as a work buddy. The rejection hits Mike hard, and Clara comforts him.

One day, the lab is put on lockdown for a few hours. The guard informs Mike that the issue is in zone 4, where Jen works. Jen had mentioned earlier that they do animal testing and that she had grown close to one chimpanzee, Larry. That evening, Mike finds Jen crying outside the lab. He asks about the lockdown, and she tells him about the serum that transformed Larry into the best version of himself. However, something went wrong, and Larry became aggressive. She shows Mike her bitten hand and continues to blame herself for what happened to Larry. Of course, they had to kill him to stop the rampage.

The next day, Mike tells Clara about the incident Jen mentioned. They become curious about the serum that changed Larry. Jen had already mentioned that the serum is stored in the cryo storage. Clara convinces Mike to find a way to get it. She believes that the serum could help her transition and give Mike the rizz he is so desperate for.

Convinced and desperate, Mike finds a way to circumvent past the strict lab security. He grabs two vials and heads home. At home, he uses one of the vials on himself and undergoes a painful metamorphosis. He wakes up as a young, new version of himself. Delighted by the result, he goes to Clara's place. As he leaves, Antonio arrives. They run into each other on the stairs, but Antonio doesn't recognize him. Mike brings the serum to Clara, and she transforms into a gorgeous woman.

We then fast forward to two years later, when Antonio finally tracks down Mike and kills him on Byron's orders.
