In Episode 7 of The Beauty, Cooper leads Jordan to a secure hideout where they refresh themselves with a shower and a meal. Exhaustion sets in for Jordan, and before retiring to bed, she confides her feelings for Cooper. His response is a silent smile as she exits the room.

Meanwhile, we rejoin FBI Supervisor Meyer, whose daughter, Joey, suffers from Progeria. He and his wife, Juliana, care for her at home. A cardiac arrest strikes Joey, but the medical team revives her. Later, Joey requests a room makeover to reflect her teenage years, and Meyer promises to look into it.
However, tension arises between Meyer and Juliana in the living room as they debate whether to let Joey go. Meyer advocates for a DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) order in case of another cardiac arrest. The couple blames each other for Joey's condition, leading to a heated exchange of harsh words.
The next morning, Frost pays Meyer a visit at his home. Using Joey's condition as leverage, Frost negotiates with Meyer. He promises the family that they can save their daughter. It's a tempting offer, especially after Byron shows them a video of a young man with aggressive type 2 spinal muscular atrophy that he "helped."
Initially, Meyer is hesitant and calls out Frost for the recent mysterious deaths. Frost doesn't deny it but instead informs Meyer that he has people tailing Cooper. He also reveals Jordan's infection to Meyer.
Frost reminds Meyer that nothing is more important than his daughter. He offers a yearly payout of 10 million, new identities after a beauty dose, and a fresh start on some sunny islands.
Elsewhere, Jeremy and Antonio watch football. Jeremy opens up about his strained relationship with his absentee father and asks more questions about the virus. Antonio reminds him that he can still die.
In this scene, the tension between love, loyalty, and the pursuit of a better life is vividly portrayed through the characters' interactions and the emotional turmoil they face. The stakes are high as each decision could have severe consequences for the characters involved.
Jeremy also confesses that the incel culture left him feeling isolated and lonely. Antonio, now his friend, assures him that he's not alone anymore. This encouragement prompts Jeremy to inquire about Antonio's past.
Antonio reveals that he's always known he was different. At 18, he joined the military and worked his way up the ranks. He applied for the Secret Service but was denied due to a psychological evaluation. After that, he took on various jobs until he became a father. He thought he could balance fatherhood and parenthood, but that didn't work out. His son saw him washing off the blood, which led him to go legitimate. He secured a position as a bodyguard for several billionaires but suffered injuries from an acid attack while protecting one of them. The billionaire, whom he refuses to name due to an NDA, gave him a pitiful cheque and moved on. This is when Frost came into the picture and offered Antonio a new life and job. With nothing left to lose, Antonio accepted the offer and cut off his family ties. He got the beauty serum, but it didn't heal his eyes. Looking back, Antonio reminds Jeremy that nothing can change or fix human souls. Even with his new identity, he still feels an emotional tug to his past.
Just then, he receives a message from Frost to get ready to handle the situation at the NIH. Cooper and Jordan are also heading to the NIH, having been given an hour by Meyer to access the NIH research and Manny. Jordan heads to the server rooms to copy the data, while Cooper visits Manny to secretly collect a new DNA sample. Unfortunately, Meyer sold them out.
Jeremy holds Jordan at gunpoint in the server room. She tries to fight back, but he quickly overpowers her and brings her to a waiting white van outside. Inside the van, Jordan tries to tell Jeremy the truth about the virus. Meanwhile, Antonio easily gets to Manny while posing as a doctor. He kills Manny with a deadly injection, and Cooper belatedly realizes what's happening. He also puts up a fight, but Antonio warns him that Jeremy has Jordan. Cooper quietly surrenders and allows Antonio to lead him to the waiting van. Once he sees Jordan, he confesses his love for her as Jeremy ties him down.
In the meantime, Meyer and his family receive their first dose of the beauty serum and undergo the painful metamorphosis. Their daughter also makes a full recovery. The episode ends with the family reuniting in their new bodies, a sight that even moves Frost to tears. He mutters, "Happy Endings. They get me every time."
