The Cleaning Lady – Season 3 Episode 9 1

Amidst the roar of the crowd, Thony, Luca, and Fiona (Martha Millan) make their way toward the exit. Elsewhere, Jeremy Dolan (Brandon Jay McLaren) is taken aback by Thony's connection to Sin Cara. ASAC Katherine Russo (Liza Well) urges him to steer clear of FBI headquarters, warning of potential dangers. Jeremy reveals that Attorney Jorge Sanchez (Santiago Cabrera) is known to represent Sin Cara and hints that his new client, Nadia Morales (Eva De Dominici), might be entangled in the web. Jeremy wonders aloud if Jorge himself could be Sin Cara.

Ramona confronts Jorge about his visit with Nadia, but he stands firm, refusing to seek her permission after her past mistake involving Armando Morales. She strives to reassure him of their unbreakable teamwork, but he reveals his plan to venture out on his own, hinting at using Nadia's wealth and connections to build something new. Ramona suspects he intends to leverage Nadia's resources for his gain.

Fiona warns Thony against venturing to Ramona's place, fearing the repercussions. Thony counters that helping Ramona could potentially safeguard them all. Fiona reminds her of Ramona's past actions, which harmed them and Armando deeply. Soon after, Thony finds herself compelled to don an outfit provided by Ramona's security. Ramona displays her x-rays, sharing that her nephrologist suspects kidney disease. Thony counters, noting the absence of creatine in her blood work and suggests that her swollen lymph nodes could stem from an autoimmune disorder. Ramona hesitates to embrace this diagnosis.

Thony speculates that Ramona's elevated estrogen levels could indicate two previous pregnancies. Ramona, visibly upset, claims that she was never meant to bear children and insists that Thony uncover the truth behind her ailments. Meanwhile, Violeta (Olivia Frida Filomena) yearns for her mother's presence, evoking Jorge's helplessness as he acknowledges his inability to alleviate her suffering. Thony underscores the importance of allowing children to experience both joy and sorrow freely.

As Jeremy scrutinizes the CCTV footage captured at Thony's abode, his eyes track Fiona's departure, accompanied by Luca and Chris, alias Sean Lew. Moments later, the scene shifts to Jeremy sneaking into the house, where he proceeds to meddle with the kitchen faucet. Sensing Thony's approach, he hastily concludes his task and slips out through the rear exit, barely evading detection. From the laundry room, Thony catches a fleeting sound of his retreat, but by then, Jeremy is already climbing into his truck.

Nadia turns to Jorge with a plea to secure her bail, promising to sway Oliver Gordon, played by Doug Savant, in their favor. Later, as Jorge sips a drink at her club, Nadia makes an entrance in an alluring ensemble. Shortly thereafter, Oliver joins their company. Nadia skillfully orchestrates an ambiance of ease for Oliver before gesturing for Odette, portrayed by Bailey Swift, and Cyndra, played by Darielle Williams, to join their circle. Unbeknownst to them, Jorge discreetly records the interaction between Odette and Oliver.

Thony dives into researching Ramona's perplexing symptoms. Fiona inquires whether she has discussed Gizelle and Camilla with Ramona. Chris, reciting all the locations Camilla claimed they had worked, insists on accompanying Fiona to Bandera Bottling Company. Meanwhile, Oliver's world turns upside down as he spots photographs of himself and Odette, realizing he is entangled in a blackmail scheme. Nadia and Jorge seize the moment, proposing their discretion as a condition for dropping Nadia's charges.

Frustrated by the persistent leakage from the kitchen faucet, Thony dials Jeremy's number, requesting his expertise to mend it. Jeremy, cleverly concealing his badge within his vehicle's console, heads towards Thony's place, setting the stage for yet another chapter in this intricate tale.

Fiona and Chris embarked on a quest to locate Camilla and Gizelle, their search leading them to a woman who held vital information about Gizelle's whereabouts. However, a misunderstanding arose when Anthony "Animal" Garcia, the foreperson, mistook Fiona for a staff member and instructed her to wear a hairnet. Without warning, Chris pulled the fire alarm lever, causing chaos and forcing all the workers, including Fiona, into a van. In a hurry, Fiona handed her keys to Chris, urging him to trail the van.

Elsewhere, Thony remained tight-lipped about Ramona's medical condition when confronted by Jeremy. Seizing an opportunity when Ramona left to procure some money to pay him, Jeremy surreptitiously snapped pictures of her medical file. Once outdoors, he rang Russo to confirm if she had received the photos. Together, they identified the patient as Ramona, alias Sin Cara. Shortly thereafter, Thony disclosed to Ramona that she had suffered lead poisoning stemming from a previous shooting. Ramona confidently reassured her that all bullets had been extracted. Yet, Thony hinted that a couple of fragments might have escaped notice. Skeptical, Ramona rejected her claims.

Armed with an LVF detector, Thony demonstrated the precise locations of the bullet fragments within Ramona's body. Incensed, Ramona threatened to shoot Thony if she didn't promptly remove them. Attempting to calm Ramona with ketamine to induce sleep, Thony found herself confronted with Ramona's steadfast demand to remain awake during the procedure. Ramona vowed that if she perished, Thony and her family would suffer the same fate. With a scalpel in hand, Thony sliced into the skin, Ramona's screams silenced by a rag.

Meanwhile, Chris followed the van to a secluded house. Fiona struggled to extract any information from the women confined there. A male figure issued a stern command for her to depart. In the van, Fiona reassured Chris that the women were indeed acquainted with Camilla and Gizelle. Though he insisted on questioning them further, she dissuaded him.

Jorge and Nadia come to learn that Ramona has leaked Oliver's provocative photos, stirring up a storm of emotions. Jorge asserts that Ramona's actions stem from a thirst for control, while she fiercely counters that it's her life, not a game to be toyed with. He solemnly vows to shield her from the clutches of jail, his motives tinged with the desire for her wealth.

Elsewhere, Thony delicately removes several bullet fragments, yet one elusive shard looms perilously close to a vital vein. Ramona, emboldened by swigs of tequila, urges her onward despite her hesitation. A guard's ominous threat looms over them, pushing Thony to proceed. She dives into the task but unfortunately severs the vein, prompting a frantic scramble for hot water and towels. Jorge arrives on the scene just as Ramona succumbs to unconsciousness. Donning gloves at Thony's command, he assists in stemming the bleeding while she explains the perilous consequences of lead poisoning from lingering bullet remnants. With the vein expertly tied off, the wound is finally prepared for closure.

Ramona, in a moment of clarity, concedes her mistake regarding Thony and comprehends why Armando placed his trust in her. Thony assures her that as her lead levels diminish, better days will follow. Jorge, accusations laced with anger, blames Ramona for毁掉 Oliver's life. She, in turn, claims it was an act of desperation to prevent Jorge from abandoning her. She promises to clear Nadia's charges, making her funds accessible, but insists on being an integral part of Jorge's endeavors.

Nadia, her heart heavy with unresolved feelings, admits to harboring a fleeting wish for Ramona's demise. Jorge breaks the news of Ramona's charges being dropped, prompting Nadia to inquire if he intends to return to Ramona's side. He suggests a strategic pretense, allowing Ramona to believe she holds the reins. Nadia concedes that together, they form a formidable team.

Meanwhile, Thony, engaged in tidying up, discovers a partial shoe print, sparking her curiosity. After reviewing the home security footage, she persuades Mr. Pearce (Stephen Zamora) to grant her access to his security records. She snapshots a crucial image of Jeremy approaching the house after everyone else had left, leaving a cliffhanger as the episode draws to a close.
