The Fiery Priest – K-drama Season 2 Episode 11 1

A flashback unfolds, revealing the thwarting of Hong-sik's backup plan. Songsak and Yo-han cleverly distract the geckos from inspecting the gas tank, while the NIS swaps the lethal gas with harmless helium. Gozhaev then orchestrates a clever ruse, bringing Songsak and Yo-han aboard disguised as NASA officials. Yo-han employs his electrical powers to deactivate the ship's bomb, narrowly averting disaster.

Elsewhere, Ma-ri and Kyung-sun confront Du-heon, whose audacity fails to impress them. Frustrated by his smug demeanor, the women devise a plan to raid his storage room under the cover of night. Meanwhile, the honest policemen discover that Du-heon has contacted Interpol, aiming to take credit for capturing Hong-sik. This revelation means they must capture Hong-sik first. However, on a brighter note, Martha promotes Ja-yeong to Narcotics Division Leader and reinstates Detective Bing San-gu, alias Capelin.

Hong-sik's escape plan further crumbles as he learns that Boss Park has absconded with all the money he earned in Busan. Additionally, on Du-heon's orders, Boss Park plants a tracker on Hong-sik's car. Gozhaev, unwilling to be outdone, lurks around Boss Park and cleverly conceals a tracker amidst the stolen cash.

To eliminate loose ends, Du-heon orders the elimination of the customs officers who voluntarily surrendered due to Yo-han and Songsak's influence. However, Chairman Kim unexpectedly intervenes, ordering Du-heon to bail them out due to a shared connection. Annoyed by this turn of events, Du-heon instructs Captain Lee to release them. However, when the corrupt officers arrive at the holding cell, they find themselves arrested by Martha and a team of inspectors.

Kyung-sun and Ma-ri embark on their raid of the storage room, clad in masks. However, their mission is thwarted when they discover that Du-heon merely uses the room to transfer blackmail files to a nearby location. Simultaneously, Gozhaev bribes Boss Park to divulge Hong-sik's whereabouts – Changrim Port, setting the stage for an exhilarating climax.

The climactic confrontation unfolds as the virtuous officers—Songsak, Yo-han, Chae, alongside the seminary members and even Dean Lee—stand united against Boss Park and his notorious gang. After an intense struggle, the gang members are brought to justice, yet Boss Park flees to his secret stash of ill-gotten gains. There, an ominous figure awaits: Gozhaev, who promptly metes out his own justice.

Meanwhile, at the bustling port, Hong-sik's escape is abruptly halted by Interpol agents, Du-heon, and an ever-vigilant Reporter Ki, who captures the unfolding drama on a live stream. Gu, Hae-il, and Kyung-sun arrive on the scene, attempting to expose Du-heon's guilt, but their accusations lead to a fiery argument. Amidst the turmoil, the exasperated Interpol chief draws his weapon, aiming to apprehend Hong-sik. In a twist of fate, a fragment of a broken airplane door, loosed from its moorings, plummets down, inadvertently claiming the lives of some geckos and allowing Hong-sik and Du-heon to slip away, each on their own path.

The Gudam crew reconvenes at Gozhaev's lair, their spirits lifted by the dismantling of Boss Park's criminal empire. Yet, the victory is bittersweet, as they grapple with devising a strategy to address the remaining two adversaries. Little do they know, Du-heon has already outmaneuvered them, leveraging his compromising materials to coerce officials into aiding his settlement in Seoul. In a surprising turn, he is elevated to the position of head of the Special Drug Investigation Headquarters.

Determined to confront this new threat, Hae-il, Kyung-sun, Gu, Songsak, Yo-han, Father Han, and Sister Kim resolve to return to Seoul, ready to face whatever challenges lie ahead.

The enigma surrounding the Polka Dot ghost finally unfolds with a chilling clarity as Hae-il and Kyung-sun, amid the process of packing up her belongings, are gripped by an inexplicable sense of dread. Their hearts race and panic sets in when an eerie beeping sound emanates from within the wall. With a mix of urgency and trepidation, they tear through the wall, uncovering Polka Dot's lifeless body, adorned with a smartwatch whose alarm continues to blare incessantly. The Gudam crew finds it hard to fathom, attributing the uncovering to some form of divine intervention, as Sang-yeon miraculously awakens from his coma.

Elsewhere, Du-heon is taken aback by the news of Polka Dot's body being discovered. Meanwhile, Hong-sik purchases a firearm and gazes thoughtfully at a family photograph, revealing his mother as an uncanny doppelgänger of Kyung-sun.

Back in Seoul, Hae-il and Kyung-sun stage a media circus, holding a press conference where they publicly accuse Du-heon of bribery. They boldly declare possession of incriminating blackmail materials, leading the press to dub the scandal as "Honey Jar-gate." The camera pans back to the very wall where Polka Dot's tragic remains were discovered, adding a haunting backdrop to the revelations.

As The Fiery Priest Season 2 Episode 11 concludes, Gu, Hae-il, and Kyung-sun stride confidently into the first day of Du-heon's hearing, their faces etched with resolve and anticipation.
