However, his serenity is shattered when Reenie unexpectedly appears at his RV. Together, they embark on a new mission to locate a pair of missing siblings, Hank and Madison.

Gus, their distraught father and a close friend of Reenie's father, is desperate to find them and is willing to pay any price. The siblings vanished while accompanying a client, Walter Bratton, on a fishing trip to a secluded lake in the forest. On that fateful day, a furious storm brewed over the area, and since then, there has been no sign of them.

What's more intriguing is that the last radio contact they made was far from their intended route. According to the available evidence, Hank and Madison had altered the plane's course before the storm hit. This suggests that they may have been forced to do so for some unknown reason, leaving Gus and everyone else deeply worried.

Colter agrees to assist in the search and is dropped off near the debris field of the missing plane to investigate further. Meanwhile, back at Gus's office, a mysterious man appears, inquiring about Walter. He exudes an air of menace, hinting at some shady dealings involving Walter. Alerted by his presence, Reenie snaps a few photos of the suspicious figure.

Near the wreckage of the plane, Colter stumbles upon a grisly discovery - a body. However, it's neither Hank nor Madison nor Walter. The man's death was not caused by the crash but by a gunshot wound, adding another layer of mystery to the already baffling case.

Reenie sets out to delve deeper into the strange occurrences. She uncovers that the car Walter used to travel to Idaho belonged to Holly Choi. Inside the car, she finds a receipt from Big Rock Printing Corp, a clue that could lead them closer to the truth.

During a tense phone conversation with Colter, Reenie suddenly hears gunshots in the distance. She rushes to the office and finds Gus lying injured, a gunshot wound marring his body. The mysterious man, Waltz, has stolen another plane from the hangar in a bid to search for Walter. Before collapsing, Gus reveals that he shot Waltz in the stomach, leaving the pair reeling from the revelation and more determined to unravel the mystery surrounding the missing siblings and their fateful fishing trip.

When Reenie arrived at Big Rock, she discovered that Walter was in dire need of Canadian passport-sized photos. This revelation sparked a suspicion that Walter might have been using the plane as a ruse to cross the border illicitly. Meanwhile, Colter stumbled upon Madison, trapped in a ditch with a fractured hand. Without hesitation, he used a rope and carabiner to descend the slope and rescue her.

As Madison recovered, she confessed that Walter had stolen a considerable amount of money from dangerous individuals. Waltz, a hired assassin, was sent to retrieve the stolen funds. Colter quickly escorted Madison to the ranger station, but they arrived to find Waltz already there, waiting in ambush. After learning the full extent of Walker's scheme, Waltz attempted to eliminate both of them, but Colter's keen instincts saved them from harm. Although he sustained a gunshot wound to his shoulder, he persevered, determined to find Hank.

Reenie rendezvoused with Colter while Madison was safely escorted away by the ranger. Teddi and Velma revealed a shocking tidbit: there was a mysterious man lurking near Pinewood Cabins, specializing in helping people disappear for a price. Intrigued, Reenie and Colter set their sights on the cabin. Upon arrival, they split up to cover a wider area, searching for clues.

To their horror, they discovered that almost everyone at the cabin was lifeless, including Walter and the individual he was supposed to meet. Colter stumbled upon Hank first, who was in possession of the stolen money. But their escape was cut short when Waltz suddenly burst into the cabin. The duo scrambled to hide beneath the floorboards, as Waltz stood right above them, scanning the area for clues.

He soon located the money and was about to leave, but something in his instincts told him that the men were hiding nearby. Before he could fire a shot, Colter emerged from his hiding place and took a precise shot, fatally wounding Waltz. The tense standoff had ended, but the duo knew their troubles were far from over.
