As John Doe and Quiet valiantly save Mayhem from impending doom, Dollface's fate takes a tragic turn. She selflessly sacrifices herself to ensure the survival of her companions in the qualifying round. Raven emerges victorious, crossing the finish line first and reaching the city, closely followed by the other prominent faces introduced in the previous episode. However, John's joy is shattered when he learns that his sister hasn't made it. His heartbreak is palpable, but it is fleeting as the main tournament beckons.

Lodging in an abandoned school, they find themselves in contrasting quarters compared to other contestants who are compelled to share bunks. Quiet offers John some words of encouragement, considering their shared accommodation, but this heartfelt moment is abruptly disrupted by Calypso's call to assemble in the cafeteria.
Throughout the episode, an underlying hostility brews between Stu and Sweet Tooth. Stu yearns for the camaraderie he once shared with Mike, and his frustration begins to simmer. However, crossing Sweet Tooth is hardly an advisable course of action!
