In the eleventh episode of "You and Everything Else," Eun-jung arrives late to a scouting meeting, her mind racing over the perfect locations for their film. Director Gyeong, however, doesn't mince words and drills her about her ride home with Sang-hak—all in the name of Sang-yeon's well-being, which they both brush off as a mere commute.

As for Sang-yeon, her feelings for Sang-hak still burn brightly within her. She later confesses that without him, she would have burned out after her mother's passing. The irony is that in relationships, one must take a leap of faith—a notion Eun-jung refuses to embrace, opting for the safety of a 100% guarantee against heartbreak.

Yu-chan, however, isn't ready to let go that easily and sets out to polish himself into the most presentable version of himself. During the grand meeting with lead star Seung-jae, Eun-jung feels left out in the cold. But Sang-yeon steps up and charms him effortlessly, even earning the endearing nickname "nuna" (older sister) from him.

Yet, this facade hides a bitter truth. Sang-yeon is deeply lonely and struggles at home. Her father constantly hounds her for money, and she lives alone with few possessions, save for a picture of her family—her father is notably absent from this portrait. This feeling of being second best follows her into work as well. Despite winning over the lead star, Director Gyeong Seung-ju is impressed by Eun-jung's keen eye for detail and the various scenes. Sang-yeon's jealousy grows with each compliment.

As they set off for the on-location shoot, the situation becomes even more tangled when Sang-hak and Sang-yeon find themselves in the same car. Sang-hak gazes longingly at Eun-jung, while Sang-yeon looks wistfully at him. It's a chaotic mess! That night, Sang-yeon and Eun-jung are forced to share a room, but the former is not feeling well. She's sweating and has a fever, so Eun-jung rushes out to find a pharmacy to get her some medicine. Oddly, it's Sang-hak who heads off to get the gear for her. When the rain calls off the shoot, Sang-yeon decides to delete all remnants from the past. She deletes her mother's number, everything from Hinaru Mail (which is ironic because the shop is shutting down too) and even deletes Eun-jung's number. Eun-jung, on the other hand, gets a call to head out to the location shoot, given Sang-hak has headed there himself. The pair snaps photos inside, but interestingly, Eun-jung turns the camera around to face Sang-hak, and old feelings come rushing back. However, when he tries touching her face, she swats his hand away and keeps her distance. That night, Eun-jung doesn't show up for the team dinner. Sang-yeon heads up to see her, and she's been drinking quite a bit too. She mentions how she often thinks of Eun-jung's mother. Eun-jung suggests they could go together, and continues on, shrugging off the fact she doesn't visit her own mother. However, the crux of the issue stems from Sang-hak. She uses the excuse of "everyone" being worried about her and believing she's letting her emotions get the best of her. In reality, it's all Sang-yeon. Nonetheless, she does raise a valid point because as executive producer, she should probably be with the team right now.

Taking the advice to heart, Eun-jung bravely ventured down to join them, and they soon found themselves engaged in a game of truth or drink. The questions became increasingly awkward as they hit close to home. Sang-hak revealed his reluctance to date Sang-yeon, Eun-jung's 100th percent focus wasn't present at the dinner, and Yu-chan's determination to pursue his love interest was evident.

Outside, however, Sang-hak confessed his struggle not to fall for Eun-jung. Sang-yeon, witnessing this unfold, approached Eun-jung on the beach. She expressed her desire to pursue Sang-hak and urged her to back off.
